Raspberry leaf has been the traditional go-to supplement for many years. This is because raspberry leaf is known to help tone and maintain the strength of the muscles in the uterus, in preparation for the birth. It is also known for its hormone balancing properties.
Raspberry leaf contains:
* Fragarine - tones the uterus
* Iron - important for normal red blood cells
* Tannins - helps normal clotting and tones and maintains strength of the reproductive organs
* Vitamins A, C, B, E, calcium and magnesium - all important for pregnancy, magnesium particularly helps to maintain strength of the uterine muscles. Vitamin B helps with the regulation of hormones.
Suggested daily dosage :- Small dogs: 5ml (1tsp), Medium dogs: 10-15ml (2-3tsp), Large dogs: 20ml (4tsp). Continue as necessary.
